PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the shopping cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. Click here to register now.

FABRICS   Fabrics may vary slightly depending upon availibility.  I always look to get exact fabrics, but sometimes will substitute with a similar fabric in the same color.  Contact me if you have questions or want details.

For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

PAYMENT
We are happy to accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. Please click here to set up a PayPal account.

SHIPPING
Our "Ready to Ship" items ship the next business day after your order is placed.

Custom orders ship within 1-2 weeks.

Measurements should be sent to us at sweetbettyco@gmail.com. Please e-mail if you need something sooner or by a specific date.

USPS Priority Shipping is free for all domestic orders. This applies to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees. You will be notified via e-mail if any shipping charges need to be applied to your order.

Overnight or expedited shipping is available at an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

RETURNS
Since custom clothing items are created to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will have to enter your user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.
